ToyArena.com ships our products within the United States and Worldwide!

We provide fair and real-time shipping calculated automatically by our shipping providers, FedEx and USPS, based on the actual shipping weight of your package. The shipping cost is added to the price of your order upon check-out. Your in-stock orders are shipped within two (2) business days from the day of your purchase.

Shipping within the United States:

United States - Retail Customers: Shipping Options and Details

As a U.S. based customer of ToyArena.com, you can enjoy the benefits of fair and real-time shipping quotes from our providers. You may choose from our two (2) trusted and dependable shippers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service) - When you choose the USPS to ship your products, you can conveniently select from the following methods to send your package.
    • Express Mail - Next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm. Automatically insured to $100 against loss or damage.
    • Priority Mail - Delivery of packages made in an average of 2 to 3 days. Recommended!
    • Parcel Post - Small and large packages, thick envelopes and tubes containing gifts and merchandise can be sent using Parcel Post.
  • FedEx (Federal Express) - When you choose FedEx to deliver your package, you can select from the following ways to have them ship your order.
    • First Overnight - Next-business-day delivery to major markets by 8, 8:30, 9 or 10 a.m., depending on destination ZIP code.
    • FedEx Priority - Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
    • FedEx Standard Overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas.
    • FedEx 2Day - By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
    • FedEx Express Saver - Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m, in 3 business days.
    • Home Delivery - 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Recommended!

United States - Wholesale Customers: Shipping Options and Details

Wholesale customers from the United States are provided a custom shipping quote for their bulk orders. Wholesale orders are first prepared and checked for availability of deliverable products and then packaged and weighed for shipping. Our staff will get in touch with our wholesale account clients to finalize the price of your order including the amount of the freight and shipping costs. Shipping for International (Non-US) Retail Customers

For our International (Non-US clients) customers, we also provide fair and real-time weight based shipping prices direct from USPS and FedEx. Depending on your location, ToyArena.com shows the most affordable and dependable shipping rates from FedEx and USPS that you can choose from for flexibility that will meet your needs.

Customs Related Information

  • Mark as Gift - To request your package marked as gift, please let us know by stating it in the comments for your order.
  • Value Declaration - We declare the full value of your purchased products on all customs paperwork. YOU will be responsible for all taxes and fees required by the specific laws of your country.

APO Military Address Shipping Details

ToyArena.com recommends USPS services if your shipping address is a military and/or APO address. The appropriate and available shipping methods will appear during the checkout process and you may select the method you prefer. USPS is not able to provide any guarantees or specific timeframe for delivery to an APO address.

Order Tracking Services and Shipment Guarantee

We provide Tracking or Reference Numbers to our customers for both USPS and FedEx. To check the status, log in to your account and use our Tracking Forms for USPS and FedEx at the left-hand side panel in our website. All orders are guaranteed to arrive, however, during peak or holiday shopping seasons, it is reasonable to expect delays which may happen due to the delivery companies. If you feel that your order is taking too long to arrive or there are issues with tracking your order, please contact us so we can resolve your concerns at the soonest possible time.

Returns Policy

Our customer guarantee is that you can return your items within 7 days of receipt for the following reasons only:

  1. Items are found to be DEFECTIVE.
  2. Items delivered are NOT the goods ordered (please note incorrect item must not be opened and keep in its original packaging and factory sealed).

Products MUST be returned in the original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping cost is pay by the buyer. All returns must be authorized and approved by ToyArena.com. All return requests must be made within 7 days after receiving order. We can only offer an exchange once we recieved the product. Return must be postmarked within 15 days.  When returning product, we recommend purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or lost during transit. If item was purchased and doesn't fall under any of the above reasons and you wish to return the item for a refund, a 15% restocking fee of the total value will apply.

Please acknowledge: Box condition is sold as is. We ship our products mint unless stated in description. We do not offer exchange, discounts, or refund for dents and creases caused during shipping transit. If you are concerned with box condition, please email us. We do offer collector packaging for additional shipping and handling fee.

We will hand select the best box condition out of our inventories.
We will use additional shipping materials and larger box to ship your order.
Since more time, more materials, and more weights are required to prepare the package, we will charge an additional $3.00 per unit on top of the shipping cost. Please note: We generally inspect our items before shipping and we generally package them well. However, if you want the extra service, we will provide it. 

All approved returns must be delivered to ToyArena.com in an unused and unaltered condition with the original or better packaging. Ensure that the products are well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipment back to ToyArena.com. In the unfortunate event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and the goods will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Refunds for returned orders are processed within 30 business days upon receipt. For payments made online, allow up to 30 days for your refund to reflect in your account.
